The Important of Creativity and Technical Support for Train Rides

Train rides, no matter trackless train rides or track train rides, have been very popular in the world. At the same time, we can see many train rides manufacturers, and then what makes us special among so many our peers.

Amusement rides, especially children amusement equipment must be filled with creative development and technical support. Henan Swonder Amusement Rides Co., Ltd. has always attached great importance to the design and production of children products. Combining years of experience in design, production, and product use, I believes that the design, production, and creative development of ride can make people feel so excited. Train rides are a kind of common kids rides, so we should pay more attention to its entertainment and design, which can help you be the top amusement rides manufacturer. There are many sources of creativity, one is the inspiration of the product designer, and the other is the cartoon idea related to the cartoon product. Such as the cartoon track train/trackless train rides or the ocean track train/trackless train rides and so on. The level of sales and popularity of children's new amusement devices in the market is also related to technical support. The product has good design ideas, but there is no advanced technical level in the production process to support it. The product produced has no selling point or failure frequently, and it certainly stands in the market. Therefore, in the design and production of children's new amusement equipment, every manufacturer must strive to improve the production technology level, strictly control the quality and provide more and better products for the market.

Sinorides is also working hard to design more interesting and creative train rides which are more appealing to children's nature. If you have good ideas, welcome to contact with us.

The effect of price on amusement rides

With the development of economy and internet, we can buy all kinds of stuff on the internet, including the amusement rides. So there are more and more people checking the price through the network and then choose which amusement manufacturers they should choose. Besides, it seems that all of these have a common problem, that is they will ask the price at the very beginning when they look for some products. In fact, price is very important for most of us, but it's not the only requirement, and can not be limited by the price of products, more still to be integrated into consideration, product quality, quality of service, security and stability are all very important. Carousel rides are the typical example, even one type luxury carousel have different price.

1, Your profits depends on your choices

There are too many kinds of amusement rides in the market, and what kind of rides we should choose, and what size? All of these depends on where are you and what the consumption level is in your city or near your neighbor.Combined with the distribution of surrounding equipment and crowd preferences and so on.

2, Your business practice will also affect profitability

Such as the venue decoration, equipment layout, promotional activities and so on, all of these are directly affecting the popularity of the key factors affecting profitability. Therefore, investors must have full understanding to the amusement ride industry and enough business knowledge or experience, because only in this way we can ensure a steady stream of popularity.

3. Service concept

“Quality first, keep enterprising and improving, client paramountcy” is advocated by many manufacturers. So we must know the service, especially the importance of after-sale. For all the amusement parks (indoor amusement parks and outdoor amusement parks), the role of service is even more significant. When children are not familiar with the amusement rides, they need to help them and make them know how to operate the ride correctly.

How many wear stages do the amusement rides during use?

To be sure that the amusement rides must be worn, then what we can do to slow down the speed of its wearing, and how many wear stages do they have?

First period, Running-in period.

At the very beginning, the new appearance is a little bit rough, and the practice touching area is very small, so its rate of wear is very quickly. But as time goes on, continuous wear will make the surface of the ride become smooth, practice touching area gradually increases, its surface will be smooth enough. Most importantly, the wear rate is gradually reduced. When it reaches some degree, it tends to settle down. The amount of wear during this period is called the early grinding.

During this period, on the equipment without running-in, should abide by the provisions of load reduction, deceleration, reasonable operation, add viscosity lower smooth oil, as far as possible constant temperature. In addition, in order to shorten the running-in period can choose the appropriate advanced technology, and improve the utilization rate of equipment. After running-in, clean the smooth system, use the smooth oil that conforms to the quality request.

Second, stable wear stage

When the ride runs for a long period of time, the surface become hard, just as the same as the strength test. The results showed that this effect was obvious and the reason is that there exists work hardening in the surface layer or residual stress. During the latter part of the period, because of metal fatigue, wear is relatively accelerated, but can still be maintained. When close to the fatigue limit of the metal, the machine will be regularly forced to repair, in case the machine because of excessive wear and tear to form a mechanical disturbance.

Third period: Severe wear stage

During this period, because the metal surface layer to reach the exhaustion limit, the conflict condition attack big change (such as the sharp increase of temperature, the surface metal arrangement significant alteration, microcosmic dash shape change, void increase, smooth strip and so on), causes the wear speed rapidly, the mechanical efficiency reduces and the parts fail, then you must change it and repair.

Know clearly about these information can help you protect your amusement rides. Development Problems for Children Amusement Parks

Amusement rides industry is a product of economic development, and is also a symbol of social progress, but when it developed to a certain period, you should make some change, otherwise it will be replaced by other newly-appeared things. Then what should we do to avoid these development problems? Now SINORIDES want to share some good ideas with all of you.

First, let see what are the development problems:

1.Similar amusement rides in similar amusement parks.

2.Focus on the children and neglect the parents

3.Lack of membership system, and have fewer returning customers

Solution:

1.The simple and easy amusement rides have been failed to satisfy the children, because they are bored about the boring rides. Then you’d better choose some special amusement rides, and make a theme for your park. Adopting some new projects makes your park more attractive. The amusement rides filled with interactive factors are more popular. You can also add a gift area, when kids get great scores, they can have the gift. Unexceptional surprise is always make you happier.

2.Circumference products

Now many shops pursues the diversification, the children amusement park is no exception, so we can make some circumference products. For example, train rides. We can make some simulation train or train toys. On the one hand, it increases the income of your amusement park and shortens the recycling, on the other hand, it can satisfy the requirements of people in the park.

3.Membership System

Membership card is a special token of status, and you can also give some preferential policies for you VIP. For example, if I am a common customer, then I need to pay for 5 yuan when I ride the luxury carousel ride, but if I am a VIP, then I only need to pay for 3 yuan. However, the membership card is free or not, it depends on your actual situation.

What does the future hold for the amusement rides?

Amusement rides, including carousel rides have been popular and common, and there are all kinds of amusement parks in our city. Then what does the future hold for the amusement rides in 2018? If you are a manufacturer, what rides will be more popular next year? And if you are a investor, what kind of ride do you need to purchase?

Judging from the market reaction and future forecast of amusement equipment in recent years, the amusement park should try to do as well as possible from the following aspects:

Firstly, to make a win-win cooperation with partners. In order to get that point, amusement park operators should have a strong partnership with each other. The first element of success is site selection. Of course, there is a common standard for children's site selection, that is, a place with a lot of people. The best amusement park operators can build strategic partnerships with large supermarket and shopping centers. Taking a good position is the basis for the profit of the amusement park operator. In addition, near the kindergarten or primary school is also a good choice and the cooperation between the upstream and downstream of the related industries will be even better.

Secondly, to control the cost. It is very important for amusement park operators at any time, but operators can't overlook quality because of overcontrolling the cost.

Thirdly, to try a diversified profit model. When investing, entrepreneurs should survey the local market and set a reasonable price. Price is still a concern, consumers are very sensitive to price. Amusement park operators need to satisfy the masses on the basis of ensuring the quality and service and the price increases will not make people pay for your products.

Fourthly, get out of homogeneity and build brand characteristics. Anything Creative things can attract modern people at any time and homogenized products will only increase competition for amusement park operators.

Amusement equipment double-deck carousel is suitable for densely populated places, such as theme park, amusement park, children's palace, life squares, community, supermarket, shopping malls, funfairs, fairgrounds, indoor and outdoor playgrounds etc. Amusement device double-layer carousel ride is made of glass reinforced plastic (FRP), which has the characteristics of environmental protection, safety, corrosion resistance and good stability. Most importantly, it can be customized according to the site conditions.

Pay attention to the following points when purchasing the double-layer carousel:

Firstly, the upper door of the double-deck carousel should open inwards. If the entrance door of the secondary platform is in the form of outward, it is easy to cause the fence gate and the peripheral safety fence to collide with each other due to operational errors. This will make the gate or security fence damaged, thus posing a safety hazard.

Secondly, the gap between the rotating platform and the fixed part cannot be greater than 2 cm.

Thirdly, have a regularly check on whether the carbon brush and slip ring of the inner enclosed central drive device are worn out. If the wear is too serious, it may easily cause a short circuit and fire.

Early Carousel and Modern Carousel

A carousel (American English: from French carrousel and Italian carosello), or merry-go-round, invented by Paul Bussler, is an amusement ride consisting of a rotating circular platform with seats for riders. The "seats" are traditionally in the form of rows of wooden horses or other animals mounted on posts, many of which are moved up and down by gears to simulate galloping, to the accompaniment of looped circus music.

Early carousel

The modern carousel emerged from early jousting traditions in Europe and the Middle East. Knights would gallop in a circle while tossing balls from one to another; an activity that required great skill and horsemanship. This game was introduced to Europe at the time of the Crusades from earlier Byzantine and Arab traditions. The word carousel originated from the Italian garosello and Spanish carosella. This early device was essentially a cavalry training mechanism; it prepared and strengthened the riders for actual combat as they wielded their swords at the mock enemies.

By the 17th century, the balls had been dispensed with, and instead the riders had to spear small rings that were hanging from poles overhead and rip them off. By the early 18th century carousels were being built and operated at various fairs and gatherings in central Europe and England.

Modern carousel

By the mid-19th century the platform carousel was developed; the animals and chariots were fixed to a circular floor that would suspend from a centre pole and rotate around. These carousels were called dobbies and were operated manually by the operator or by ponies. In mid-19th century England, the carousel became a popular fixture at fairs. The first steam-powered mechanical roundabout, invented by Thomas Bradshaw, appeared at the Aylsham Fair in about 1861.

As we can see in many amusement park, the “seats” have been any things we have met in life or movie, such as the pumpkin cart, even the carousel are completely different from the old ones, we can find many beautiful theme luxury carousel rides.
