Motor:
If there arises any abnormal temperature (unusual noises, vibration), it is necessary to stop the machine and investigate the cause. First, you should check whether the train ride was overweight. When you find out the cause of the overweight, solve the problem quickly. Second, maybe because the motor of the ride is affected with damp. Please remember should the machine is not installed temporarily, please house with plastic membrane, keep on dry and ventilating place, keep dry strictly. Third, the bearing, and it can’t roll smoothly. And now you should check the bearing as soon as possible.
If you can hear something strange. Maybe you can check the bearing whether it’s broken, you need to change a new one. Then check the rotor-stator systems, and see the space between rotor and stator. The bush’s loosen can make the motor out of work, you just need to adjust the position of the bush.

1：Can I buy the trackless train without storage battery?  

A : Yes. You could buy the battery in your place, and we will provide specifications of required battery. 

Q2: Does the train have disabled access? 

A: Yes. We could add disabled access on the train carriage according to your requirement. 

Q3: Is the battery charger included in the spare parts? 

A: Yes. One piece matched battery charger is included.

Replacing and Adding Lubrication for 24-seat Luxury Carousel

The maintenance of luxury carousel rides is not just about daily checking, because for some rotary amusement rides, lubricant is also necessary; otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the carousel, and cause tear and wear or even damage. Therefore, we need to do regular replacement and add lubricant for the ride. Next, Sinorides will introduction how to do this work. 

1. Replace Lubricant

Lubricant needed replacing has darker color, smells bad, and shows abnormity. Before replacing the lubricant of a different brand, open the oil plug to release all the old lubricant, then add new one along with kerosene to the standard oil level, clean the oil slot and check and dredge it. Or, after the air is filtered, use lean oil bucket to add the lubricant to the standard oil level. When the lubricant is near the level, slow down, seal the slot, and insert dipstick or screw it tight.

2. Adding Lubricant

Add lubricant should be done when the oil level is lower. Every day check the oil level of the internal combustion engine, the air compressor, and transmission chain. Every week check all kinds of reducers.
