Security Standards of Amusement Rides

            

Recently there are amusement rides accidents in amusement parks, I feel so terrible when I heard these bad news, because we can avoid these unnecessary accidents. Because the security standards can  affect these, and often become the tragedy beginning.

1. Safety Insurance Measures

If the cabins which people take in the air, the overall structure should be solid and reliable. The important parts should take insurance measures, such as the wire ropes or chains shall not be less than two in the hanging part. The connection to the seating part must make it stable even if one of the chain is broken. The door 1 meter dispart from the ground must set two kind of lock or one safe lock. The blocking of the entrance and exit of the non closed cockpit shall also have a locking device with insurance. When the amusement facility in operation, the power supply suddenly power off or equipment failure, endanger the safety of the person, must be equipped with automatic or manual emergency parking device. There must be staff guide people to go away from the place if there is something wrong with the amusement rides.

2. Safety Binding Device

When a recreational facility is in operation, it is possible to have a person-binding device when the person may be moved, collided, or thrown out or slid out of the ride. For recreational facilities with greater risk, two sets of independent binding devices should be considered when necessary. Binding device should be reliable, comfortable, and the part which touches people should be soft. The design of the binding device should be able to prevent any part of the person from being clamped or crushed, it should be easy to adjust and easy to operate. Seat belts can be used alone for slightly swinging or slow lifting, without flipping out the danger of not being thrown out of the facility, the use of seat belts should generally be equipped with auxiliary handles. For sports-intensive facilities, seat belts can be used as auxiliary binding devices. Safety Bumper: When the amusement facility is running, it may cause the person to be thrown out the danger such as amusement carousel rides, if kids can't  hold the handle tightly, it will be very dangerous. The safety bumper itself must have the sufficient strength and the locking force, guarantees the visitor not to be thrown out or falls, and is always in the lock state before the equipment stops running.
