Although the economics is pretty good but it attributes the rapid and good development of the all country, then people in China pay more attention to the entertainment and healthy. There are also many new industries at home, and the amusement ride industry is one of them. The previous manufacturers belonging to the mechanical industry  have turned in the amusement rides manufacturer. So now the amusement rides now in the domestic should still be the beginning stage. Even we can see many indoor or outdoor amusement parks in the street but when we go into the park we will see taht the rides in every amusement park are the same. Many people are not yet able to enjoy the pleasure of amusement equipment.

Operating amusement park, the location is very important, of course, we also need to have good amusement rides suppliers. Amusement equipment in the state that the general equipment use period is 10, the use of life to see you buy is not a formal pleasure equipment manufacturers to produce qualified products, as long as the maintenance of proper, generally will not damage, it is important to see is not a regular amusement equipment manufacturers production, Manufacturers have no national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine issued by the General Administration of special equipment manufacturing license and other documents

Now the amusement ride industry is on the initial stage, if we want to establish ourselves in the world, we must keep up catch new technology and science. The products quality is always the most important thing, no matter when and where. In addition, the shape of the rides had better have a certain moral, sometimes people choose this kind because of some special meaning, such as it will bring you good luck and happiness and then they can be your investors and good friends.

2. For some small and medium-sized operators, because the cost is limited, they can not buy large-scale new amusement ride, so choose a high performance-to-price ratio amusement ride according to their own economic is a better way. Amusement Equipment Information Network says that large new amusement rides are not always necessary, because this kind of ride is expensive and you must spend more money in maintenance, what’s more, it does not necessarily bring the better benefit for us.

3. The quality must be the most important factors among them. In order to reduce operating costs, some investors will choose bad-quality but very cheap products. It’s not necessary to buy the most expensive and most advanced, but must be rpodeuced by professional amusement rides manufacturer.

Fault Processing Methods for Amusement Carousel Ride

Amusement Carousel ride are a kind of classic amusement ride, and we can see them anywhere. They are popular among all people at all ages. But what if there is something wrong with the ride? How to solve the problems of carousel ride when it is running? What are the solutions? Today SINORIDES wants to share some good methods with you.ⅠIt cannot be started.1. Electric control cabinets and circuit faults. Firstly, check if the electric control cabinet is working and the power indicator of the electric control cabinet is on. If the indicator is on, it means the power supply to the electric control cabinet is no problem; otherwise, to check whether the power supply to the electric control cabinet line has broken line and short circuit problems. If yes, reconnect or replace the line; if no, open the electric control cabinet to check whether the relay knife is closed and the fuse is fused. If yes, close it or change a new one. If the problem is still there, check whether the circuit of the electric control cabinet connected to the conducting ring (the conducting ring lies in the middle column of the carousel) is disconnected, if yes, reconnect it or change a new one. To check if there was some dust or poor contact between the conducting ring and the carbon brush. If yes, press a few times with a screwdriver.2. Motor fault. If both the electric control cabinet and the circuit have no problems, the only reason is the motor. Remove the belt from the motor pulley and press the start-button and see whether the motor works or not, if no, it means the motor is damaged, just replace a new one.Ⅱ It is difficult to start.1. Bearing is too tight. Such failures generally occur in the new carousel, which can be adjusted by using a wrench. It is better to add some lubricants.2. The voltage is not stable or too low. Many devices start difficult or cannot start because of that reason. This phenomenon is particularly obvious in summer, mainly due to the excessive voltage load nearby. The way to check is to press start-button of the electric control cabinet and observe whether the voltmeter is normal or not. The solution is to replace a larger square number of power lines or replace line access points. The most direct but not the most effective method is to press the start-button, and then find two people to push the market to see if it can work properly.3.The triangular band is loose. If the triangle belt is loose, you can adjust the distance between the motor and the pulley, or replace the triangle strip with the same model.Above all are my advice, wish it can help you. The following days, Sinorides will share more interesting or practical contents with you.

Early Carousel and Modern Carousel

A carousel (American English: from French carrousel and Italian carosello), or merry-go-round, invented by Paul Bussler, is an amusement ride consisting of a rotating circular platform with seats for riders. The "seats" are traditionally in the form of rows of wooden horses or other animals mounted on posts, many of which are moved up and down by gears to simulate galloping, to the accompaniment of looped circus music.

Early carousel

The modern carousel emerged from early jousting traditions in Europe and the Middle East. Knights would gallop in a circle while tossing balls from one to another; an activity that required great skill and horsemanship. This game was introduced to Europe at the time of the Crusades from earlier Byzantine and Arab traditions. The word carousel originated from the Italian garosello and Spanish carosella. This early device was essentially a cavalry training mechanism; it prepared and strengthened the riders for actual combat as they wielded their swords at the mock enemies.

By the 17th century, the balls had been dispensed with, and instead the riders had to spear small rings that were hanging from poles overhead and rip them off. By the early 18th century carousels were being built and operated at various fairs and gatherings in central Europe and England.

Modern carousel

By the mid-19th century the platform carousel was developed; the animals and chariots were fixed to a circular floor that would suspend from a centre pole and rotate around. These carousels were called dobbies and were operated manually by the operator or by ponies. In mid-19th century England, the carousel became a popular fixture at fairs. The first steam-powered mechanical roundabout, invented by Thomas Bradshaw, appeared at the Aylsham Fair in about 1861.

As we can see in many amusement park, the “seats” have been any things we have met in life or movie, such as the pumpkin cart, even the carousel are completely different from the old ones, we can find many beautiful theme luxury carousel rides.

1. Replace Lubricant

Lubricant needed replacing has darker color, smells bad, and shows abnormity. Before replacing the lubricant of a different brand, open the oil plug to release all the old lubricant, then add new one along with kerosene to the standard oil level, clean the oil slot and check and dredge it. Or, after the air is filtered, use lean oil bucket to add the lubricant to the standard oil level. When the lubricant is near the level, slow down, seal the slot, and insert dipstick or screw it tight.

2. Adding Lubricant

Add lubricant should be done when the oil level is lower. Every day check the oil level of the internal combustion engine, the air compressor, and transmission chain. Every week check all kinds of reducers.

The site condition of amusement rides are affected by environment, such as the altitude, highest(lowest) ambient temperature for operating, wind, and humidity etc. If the site condition is not so good, then the investor should speak it out and choose some suitable amusement rides, or you can ask the rides manufacturer to change according to your special requirements. 5.You’d better add a fence around your amusement ride, it can not only stop the public from being unnecessary injury nearby, but forbid some naughty kids to touch the ride during its operation.
6.Around the safety passageway, you should place some safety precautions – Personal protective equipment against falls from a height.
7.You should also have the queuing area, then in emergency circumstance people can be evacuated easily or quickly.
8.Note the safety warning zone. Remind the customers or operators to leave as soon as possible before you start the ride.
9.The operating room should afford good sight lines and the workers can see the machine operational status. If there is area that the worker can’t see clearly, you should install the monitoring equipment.
