→ MACHINE DRIVEN SYETEM

Another one small problem about the motor, that is unable to start again. That's very eave to solve. But sometimes, you should add lubricating oil to the reducer. According to the survey, poor lubrication is premature damage caused by one of the temperature's change. Stop the ride to check if there is any abnormal noise or vibration during operation.

1.V-belt drive  

This kind of transmission model, you should be careful of the belt. If it's too tight, it would be wore quickly; there will be elastic sliding, when increasing work load, the elastic sliding zones (i.e., elastic arc) will expand to the whole contact arc, slip occurs at this time In the tape drive, should try to avoid the occurrence of slippage.

2.Chain drive (most amusement carousel rides fit in this category)

Two chain wheels are not in the same level, you need to adjust the position of the chain wheel, or the ride will be unstable. And catenary sag's incorrect set will make the ride operate unsteadily.
