→ MACHINE DRIVEN SYETEM

Another one small problem about the motor, that is unable to start again. That's very eave to solve. First you need to check the relay protection (Buchholz relays have a test port to allow the accumulated gas to be withdrawn for testing). Then you should know the voltage, the low voltage can not make the ride work. 

This time, let's talk about the speed reducer. If there is something wrong with it, the temperature will be higher than usual. In general, that's because the ride are taking too many people. But sometimes, you should add lubricating oil to the reducer. According to the survey, poor lubrication is premature damage caused by one of the temperature's change. 1.V-belt drive

If there arises any abnormal temperature (unusual noises, vibration), it is necessary to stop the machine and investigate the cause. First, you should check whether the train ride was overweight. When you find out the cause of the overweight, solve the problem quickly. Second, maybe because the motor of the ride is affected with damp. Please remember should the machine is not installed temporarily, please house with plastic membrane, keep on dry and ventilating place, keep dry strictly. Third, the bearing, and it can’t roll smoothly. And now you should check the bearing as soon as possible.
If you can hear something strange. Maybe you can check the bearing whether it’s broken, you need to change a new one. Then check the rotor-stator systems, and see the space between rotor and stator. The bush’s loosen can make the motor out of work, you just need to adjust the position of the bush.
